E Believe Coaching Fulfillment Policy

Overview

Scope of Agreement.
Fulfillment for coaching services may include the following. Please refer to your client agreement for specifics.

    • 1:1 Coaching Calls with Evelyn
    • Group Coaching Calls
    • Focused Homework Assignments
    • Exploration and discovery
    • Email communication in between coaching calls
    • Principles You personality assessment debrief call

Fees.
You agree to pay the mutually agreed upon fees for the services.
Should you decide to terminate this agreement after payment but prior to any services being provided, you will receive a refund of any amount paid, less a fee of $250.00 and any expenses incurred on your behalf. If you decided to terminate this agreement after any
agreed upon service has been provided, E Believe Coaching reserves the right not to refund any funds paid.

In the event any dispute over the above services arises between you and E Believe Coaching, we will discuss the situation and determine if a refund will be provided.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy.
In the event that you must cancel your scheduled coaching session, 24-hours’ notice is required
or you will be charged for the missed session. If life circumstances dictate that you must
suspend our coaching arrangement, pre-paid sessions may be put on a two-month hold and
rescheduled.

Coach’s Confidentiality Agreement.
I will not, at any time, directly or indirectly, voluntarily disclose your identity as a client, nor any
personal or professional information without your expressed permission. I will not reveal the
content of our coaching sessions to anyone. You are free to share whatever you choose from
our sessions.

Client Responsibility.
Though I am here to guide you, provide strategies and support you through the process, you
must acknowledge that success is greatly dependent on your level of effort. The more you put
into your coaching process, the more you will benefit and the more certain will become your
forward path.

1. I understand that coaching is not advice-giving, psychotherapy, or counseling. I agree to seek these or other services if I need them.
2. I am fully responsible for the decisions and actions I take in regard to my life and affairs.
3. I agree to attend to my own well-being during the course of the coaching process.
4. I shall in no way hold the coach liable or responsible for any actions I take during or after the coaching relationship.
5. I understand that all E Believe Coaching materials are proprietary, and I will not violate their copyright.
6. I understand that E Believe Coaching and Evelyn Buchanan make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, about any results to be achieved through coaching.
7. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review this agreement, that I understand all aspects within it, and that I agree to abide by it.

Acknowledgements. 

1. You acknowledge that I may record any 1:1 phone calls or virtual meetings. I will provide copies of any recorded calls or meetings to you as a tool to use in achieving your goals. You do not have permission, however, to distribute these recordings to anyone else without my express and written permission.
2. You acknowledge that I may use information pertaining to your success resulting from participating in the above services, without disclosing your identity, in any of my educational and promotional materials.
