I’m a certified coach passionate about empowering individuals to live their best lives. With over 2 decades as an executive in higher education and extensive training in coaching methodologies, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and teams gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.
My coaching approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space for deep exploration and self-discovery. Through active listening, powerful questions, and direct communication, I help my clients gain profound insights into their values, strengths, and aspirations. Together, we co-create personalized strategies and action plans to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
My daily meditation practice helps me to be a patient and grounded listener who can help you hear your truth – and act on it.
Running marathons has taught me persistence and helps me remember that I can do hard things.
